A faint fish and oil aroma upon opening. Four big white fillets to the tin. A compact, flaky fish. A mild-tasting fish, no fishy taste or after. A firm-textured fish holds its shape well while removed from can. A good balance of oil flavor and Salt; compliments the fish. Hard to believe this is canned fish. Will eat over again. v Sardines

No noticeable smell upon opening. Thought I heard an repeat when I opened the tin, with all the empty space in the can. Three sardines to the can, a soft fish, mustard not overpowering. Would take liked to have been able to of tasted more than dill. The season is very weak in this tin can. I would probably consume again. 2 one/2 sardines.

A slight sardine odour upon opening. Iii fish to the can, a roe-filled fish. The fish are a tad on the spiny side. The consistency of the fish is chewy. But ane piece of "Hot Pepper" to the tin can. (Non Hot) Oil flavor is noticeable. I may eat once again. i 1/2 Sardines.
